DESCRIPTION
Amid geopolitical tensions, economic volatility, and regulatory fragmentation, corporate resilience is being tested like never before. This session will examine how international business law is evolving to address these uncertainties, with arbitration and mediation playing an increasingly critical role in resolving cross-border disputes. We will explore shifting contractual risk management, the rise of investment disputes driven by regulatory changes and economic shifts, and how arbitration is adapting to a tech-driven world, including AI-powered dispute resolution. As businesses seek faster, cost-effective and enforceable solutions, understanding these developments is essential for legal practitioners navigating contractual risk mitigation and international disputes.
Join us for an insightful discussion on how businesses and legal practitioners—especially young lawyers—can stay ahead in a world where risk is constant, regulations are evolving, and dispute resolution is more critical than ever.
