Group Sessions
During these 75-minute group coaching sessions you will dive into themes to help you focus on what’s most important in your career and personal life. Together, we will discuss what winning means during this season of life, habits that could be getting in your way and how to overcome them, how to set appropriate boundaries so you can thrive, and why joy should be a KPI in your organization. This will be an interactive session where participants are encouraged to share challenges they are looking to overcome and take away practical tools to overcome them.
During these 45-minute individual coaching sessions, you will receive tailored support for your specific need. Please come prepared with an area of focus, a personal or professional challenge that you would like to work through with Regan. All coaching conversations will be confidential.

Tobias Steinemann advises lawyers, law firms and other organizations in the legal sector on strategic marketing and branding matters. Tobias founded and co-owns Swiss legal marketing agency HeadStarterz. He regularly gives lectures, workshops and teaches ‘Digital Legal Marketing’ in the CAS course ‘Legal Tech’ at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (HWZ). In his previous legal career, Tobias was Head of Legal and HR and part of the executive management of an international management consultancy with 170 employees.
