Tom is a Managing Associate in the IP team at Stevens & Bolton LLP, a full-service law firm in England. He advises clients on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on licensing, infringement and ownership disputes, and IP protection strategies. Tom has particular expertise advising clients in the sports, media and entertainment, and life sciences industries on such matters and he has consistently been listed in both The Legal 500 and IP Stars (Managing IP) as a “Rising Star” and “Key Lawyer” for his work in these practice areas.

Chloe Taylor is a Senior Associate in specialist IP firm Carpmaels and Ransford.  Chloe is an experienced commercial and IP lawyer, focussed on agreements in which IP is either the principal motivator – such as patent licences – or a significant commercial concern.  Following early experiences as in-house counsel at Cancer Research UK and a medical device start-up, as a private practice lawyer, she is a trusted advisor to healthcare and life science companies, as well as start-ups and established players in the technology sector.

With over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, Lise-Lotte specialises in regulatory, intellectual property, and data protection matters. Her professional activities in these fields range from leading pan-European market access projects to advising clients on specific questions relating to EU or local legislation. Lise-Lotte also represents clients in administrative and court disputes, including patent disputes.

Natalija Popović Maksimović

Bio

Natalija has been working as an attorney at law at Popović, Popović and Partners since 2016. Natalija is an experienced IP lawyer, as well as having board experience in various civil and business law matters. In her practice is mainly focussed on trademarks, copyright, design as well as patent issues, in particular assisting various start-ups in developing their innovative products and managing their IP portfolios.
