Bill has more than 40 years of experience advising attorneys, C-suite executives, and elected officials on business development, corporate strategy, public relations, and communication. As Business Development Executive for the full service law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, he coaches attorneys on business development, connects attorneys to practice expansion opportunities, and catalyzes new business endeavors. Prior to joining Porter Wright he led business development efforts across the Americas for a large, international law firm. During his career Bill worked as a journalist, a public relations executive, a corporate lobbyist, and a trade association executive. He is a graduate of Ohio University and the Center for Creative Leadership. Bill and his wife have two adult children and six grandchildren. He has competed in 114 marathons, two Ironman triathlons and numerous other endurance events.

Tobias Steinemann advises lawyers, law firms and other organizations in the legal sector on strategic marketing and branding matters. Tobias founded and co-owns Swiss legal marketing agency HeadStarterz. He regularly gives lectures, workshops and teaches ‘Digital Legal Marketing’ in the CAS course ‘Legal Tech’ at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (HWZ). In his previous legal career, Tobias was Head of Legal and HR and part of the executive management of an international management consultancy with 170 employees. He started his career by working for 2 years as an attorney in a commercial law firm. Tobias holds an MBA from HEC Paris (specialization: Marketing). He is a qualified lawyer with an LL.M. (Stellenbosch, South Africa).

Admitted to practice law in Spain, as well as California, Ms. Pareja is experienced in both civil and common law systems. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including the technology, manufacturing, hospitality, natural resources, real estate, and financial industries, as well as emerging industries like digital ledger technology, artificial intelligence and longevity. Ms. Pareja is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded an enterprise in her hometown of Barcelona and operated it over a nine-year period as a provider of lead generator personnel to multi-national businesses participating in medical and technological exhibitions and trade events throughout Europe. She leads the firm’s international relationships team along with the managing partner of the firm.
